The Bindi Story

Bindi was started in a Milan eager to get down to business after the dark years of the war. Despite its success, the company has tried and managed to maintain its original distinctive features, which were present in the shop in Via Larga, opened by the company's founder, Attilio Bindi, in 1946, and may still be found in its modern headquarters.

During all these years, although the way in which its pastries are made has not changed, up-to-date methods for quality control of raw materials and the final product have been perfected. Thus, Bindi guarantees that the customer will always receive a reliable, high quality product.

Gelato & Sorbetto
A delicious selection of authentic Italian Gelato from original recipes is available, along with Bindi's indescribably delectable fresh fruit Sorbetto.

Cassata
The traditional Sicilian semifreddo cream, made with a layer of zabaglione ice cream, a fine layer of chocolate ice cream, and a deliciously rich heart of semifreddo cream, candied cherries, small cubes of orange peel and caramelized hazelnuts.
